Michael Taibi
Michael Taibi is a highly experienced California attorney with more than 25 years of practice representing professionals, business owners, and individuals in complex legal and administrative matters throughout California. Mr. Taibi earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College in 1989, where he concentrated in pre-law studies and achieved a top 5% LSAT score nationwide. During his time at Davidson, he was actively involved in student leadership and served as Treasurer and President of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.
In 1992, Mr. Taibi received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk for one of San Diego County’s leading criminal defense and family law attorneys, gaining extensive hands-on experience in litigation, trial preparation, and legal strategy across multiple areas of law.
Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992, Mr. Taibi immediately began litigating cases and has since represented clients in courts throughout California, including all State Courts, Federal District Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, the California Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of California.
